- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and conduct new hire orientation.
- Act as the primary contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain digital/physical records, process payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with statutory labor laws
- Implement HR policies and procedures to align with business goals
