About the Role
We are looking for a motivated VLSI Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for semiconductor and VLSI domains, with expertise in sourcing niche engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for VLSI and Semiconductor positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, X-Ray Search, referrals, and job portals.
- Hire for roles including:
- Physical Design (PD)
- Design Verification (DV)
- DFT
- STA
- RTL Design
- Physical Verification (PV)
- Analog/Mixed Signal
- Embedded & Firmware
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Build talent pools for immediate and future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of technical recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for VLSI/Semiconductor roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Google X-Ray Search, Indeed, and referrals.
- Good understanding of VLSI technologies and job roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with product companies or engineering service organizations.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
