Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Reviewer with strong expertise in US Taxation to oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of complex tax returns. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust taxation, along with proven experience managing return workflows and mentoring tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and finalize US tax returns, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Handle and review various tax returns, including:
- Form 1040 – Individual Tax Returns
- Form 1120 – C Corporation Returns
- Form 1120S – S Corporation Returns
- Form 1065 – Partnership Returns
- Form 1041 – Trust & Estate Returns
- Manage end-to-end tax return workflow, including assignment, review, feedback, and final delivery.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations to maximize tax benefits for clients.
- Review supporting workpapers, financial statements, and tax adjustments.
- Ensure timely completion of returns while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor and guide preparers and junior reviewers on technical tax matters and review processes.
- Research complex tax issues and provide practical solutions in accordance with IRS regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve tax-related queries and ensure smooth workflow management.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all filing requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in US Taxation.
- Strong experience dealing with Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and Trust/Estate Tax Returns.
- Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing tax returns and managing return flow.
- Thorough understanding of US federal and state tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify tax-saving opportunities and value-added recommendations for clients.
- Experience managing multiple engagements and meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication, review, and team management skills.
- EA (Enrolled Agent), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is mandatory.

- Experience working with US-based accounting or tax firms.
- Exposure to tax planning and advisory engagements.
- Experience mentoring teams and driving process improvements.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
