Position: Manager – School & Boarding Outreach and Admissions

As we expand our educational offerings, including our upcoming boarding facilities, we are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our outreach, admissions and enrollment growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions for both the day school and boarding programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, corporates, residential communities and other stakeholders.
- Plan and manage outreach activities, including school visits, admission drives, seminars, exhibitions, open houses and community engagement programs..
- Collaborate with school leadership to strengthen the school's market presence and admissions pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in admissions, outreach, business development, marketing or institutional relationship management.
- Experience in the education sector, specifically with K-12 schools or boarding schools, is mandatory.
- Strong communication, networking, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and achieve enrollment targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools is desirable.
