About the Role -
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, creative, and genuinely interested in the world of influencers and marketing.
If you enjoy being behind the scenes and making things run smoothly from finding the right influencers to keeping data neat and projects on track this could be a great role for you.
You don’t need to be an expert at everything, but you should be willing to learn, take initiative, and pay attention to the little details.
What you will be doing -
- Influencer Research: Find and shortlist influencers across Instagram, YouTube, etc., based on campaign needs. From nano to macro, you’ll need to dig in and identify the right people.
- Calling & Outreach: You’ll be reaching out to influencers directly, following up on calls, and sometimes explaining campaign details. Good communication skills matter here.
- Operations Support: Handle campaign sheets, update influencer data, track progress, and keep things organized. You’ll also be managing emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Costing & Budget Tracking: Maintain simple records of influencer payments, costs, and campaign budgets. Accuracy is key, don't worry, we’ll help you learn the process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
