Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong communication skills in Tamil and English. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions, handling parent inquiries, and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads (parents) and explain Spellzee programs.
- Convert demo sessions into admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Counselling.
- Tamil fluency is mandatory (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with daily calling targets (150+ calls per day).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
