Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct field sales and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, HODs, teachers, and other decision-makers.
- Map and identify potential schools/clients for business expansion.
- Pitch and onboard schools for FunFit’s integrated educational and skill-based programs.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales processes including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure regular school visits for prospect generation and relationship management.
- Service and support existing clients whenever required.
- Monitor program quality and ensure smooth execution with clients.
- Participate actively in educational events, seminars, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and operations.
- Be willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally to outer regions for business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates from Education Sales / EdTech background will be preferred.
- Should have active school connections and understanding of school operations.
- Must be energetic, confident, and passionate about field sales.
- Candidates with experience in managing regional or area sales activities will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
