About the Role
Vinsat Financial Services is looking for passionate and customer-oriented Loan Advisors to help individuals find the right personal loan solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to guide clients through the loan application process while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable Personal Loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation requirements, and repayment options.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with lender policies, loan products, and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, BFSI, Financial Services, Telecalling, or Customer Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, or other financial products will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
