About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Polyglot Developer + Quality Engineering Consultant with expertise in Full Stack Development, API Testing, Automation, and AI/LLM Validation. The ideal candidate should have experience working across development and testing functions, ensuring high-quality delivery of modern applications, including Generative AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of full-stack applications.
- Validate and test Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and execute API automation and functional testing strategies.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications.
- Perform UI and functional automation testing using modern automation tools.
- Validate AI workflows, prompts, responses, and end-to-end business scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure application quality and performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across application layers.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and quality engineering best practices.
- Ensure software reliability, scalability, and compliance with testing standards.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and containerized environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
