- End-to-End Project Execution: Managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial site surveys and planning to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover—for CCTV, Access Control, Central Monitoring Systems (CMS), and integrated security solutions.
- Operations & Compliance: Monitoring project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery while maintaining strict adherence to engineering designs, SLAs, company SOPs, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Team & Resource Leadership: Supervising and deploying project engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites, as well as identifying skill gaps and conducting technical training.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Coordinating the procurement of surveillance hardware, networking components, and servers while managing relationships with OEMs, distributors, and installation partners to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Client & Service Management: Serving as the primary client contact during execution, resolving project escalations, handling smooth handovers, and overseeing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations to meet turnaround time commitments.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
