Role description
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Finance Consultant to support ERP implementations, solution design, configuration, and business process optimization. The role requires strong expertise in D365 Finance modules, healthcare business processes, integrations, and collaboration with global business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support D365 F&O Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash & Bank Management
- Project Accounting
- Budgeting and Financial Reporting
- Support SCM processes including:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Basic Manufacturing processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional workshops.
- Configure financial dimensions, workflows, posting profiles, and business processes.
- Support end-to-end business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support UAT.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and enhancements.
- Support LCS and Azure DevOps activities for requirements, backlog, builds, and releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 9–12 years of ERP experience with strong D365 F&O Finance expertise.
- Deep understanding of D365 F&O/F&SCM capabilities across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong experience in:
- GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank
- Project Accounting
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Experience with D365 F&O implementation and support activities.
- Knowledge of Azure integration services and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to work with finance, operations, clinical, and technical teams across USA and India.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in healthcare or life-sciences environments.
- Knowledge of US and India finance/localization requirements.
- Experience with D365 F&O global implementations.

- MB-700
Skills
D365 F&O implementation knowledge, integrations & data migration experience, ERP implementations, and D365 certifications preferred.
