Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Interior Design.
- Practical experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Experience in client interaction, design development, 2D/3D visualization, material selection, and site coordination.
- Candidates must include their Interior Design Portfolio along with their CV when applying.
Key Skills
Client Interaction:
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Discuss project goals, timelines, and design preferences.
Design Development:
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 2D/3D visualizations.
- Select furniture, fabrics, lighting, and materials to align with the design theme.
- Ensure designs maximize space, functionality, and aesthetics.
Project Planning:
- Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and sketches.
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals.
Material and Product Selection:
- Source and procure materials, furniture, and décor items.
- Ensure all materials meet quality, safety, and durability standards.
Project Execution:
- Oversee installation, construction, and finishing processes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Resolve on-site issues and adapt designs as needed.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
Post-Completion:
- Provide after-service consultations for design adjustments.
- Document final project details for client records.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Coohom, 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or Adobe Suite.
- Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial awareness.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to convey design ideas effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and ability to address design and construction challenges.
- Portfolio: Candidates must submit their Interior Design Portfolio along with their CV.
