Service Engineer:
Leading Filter press Manufacturing Company is located in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore requires Service Engineers:
Diploma / BE (Mechanical) with 4-6 years of field experience in installation and servicing of capital equipment, preferably filter presses, pumps, process machineries, or hydraulic systems
General Requirements:
- Should be able to independently handle erection, commissioning, and trial runs of filter presses at customer sites.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical control panels (especially for auto plate shifting, drip trays, etc.).
- Must be skilled in troubleshooting leakages, alignment issues, pressure drop problems, and cylinder or valve malfunctions.
- Should be able to interpret GA drawings, P&IDs, and provide clear feedback to the design/production team on recurring field issues.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India and abroad for installation and service calls.
- Should prepare detailed service reports, collect feedback from clients, and support documentation for warranty claims or spares.
- Experience in handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), breakdown calls, and customer training sessions is a plus.
- Must possess a customer-focused mindset, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
