Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site construction activities for interior fitout projects, focusing on both civil works and interior finishes.
Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accurate execution of design intent.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and enforce quality control standards for all aspects of civil and interior work.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, proposing solutions to the project manager as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project-specific requirements.
Manage material requisitions and deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
Collaborate with the project manager in creating and updating project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Supervise and mentor junior site staff, fostering their technical and professional development.
