We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, sound knowledge of financial products, and the ability to identify clients’ financial needs and coordinate with internal advisory teams to provide appropriate solutions.
Experience
10+ years of relevant experience in the Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Insurance, NBFC, or similar financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requests.
- Understand client financial objectives and coordinate with Financial Planners and Advisors to deliver appropriate wealth management solutions.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients by coordinating documentation, KYC, compliance, and account opening processes.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients through review meetings, follow-up calls, and periodic portfolio discussions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Investment, Tax, and Client Service teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems with all client interactions.
- Achieve assigned business development, relationship management, and client retention objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and internal governance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Advisory, Insurance, NBFCs, or related financial services.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Professional certifications such as NISM will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
