Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation while supporting our growing government and corporate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and contractual positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, offer letters, and experience certificates.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate payroll processing with finance.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Handle reimbursements and employee benefits.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- PF
- ESIC
- Professional Tax
- Labour Laws
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Contract Labour regulations (where applicable)
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Assist department heads in goal setting and employee development.
- Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances professionally.
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Organize HR initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
HR Administration
- Develop and update HR policies.
- Maintain HR MIS and reports.
- Support management with workforce planning and manpower allocation.
