Role PurposeThe Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations at the Corporate Office, while coordinating with project sites and external stakeholders. This role supports HR, procurement, finance, and project execution teams by managing documentation, compliance, manpower coordination, and vendor communication. The position is critical in maintaining structured processes and ensuring adherence to statutory and company policies in LED Street Lighting and Smart Electrical Infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Draft and issue official letters, circulars, notices, and memos.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery requirements.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-up actions.
- Handle travel, logistics, and accommodation arrangements for staff visiting project sites.
HR & Manpower Support
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Support manpower allocation and transfers across sites.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Support procurement team with vendor registration and documentation.
- Maintain contract files, work orders, and award letters.
- Track vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation with finance.
- Ensure timely communication with suppliers and contractors.
Finance & Compliance
- Assist in invoice processing, billing documentation, and expense reporting.
- Maintain compliance records for statutory audits and inspections.
- Support finance team in reconciliation and documentation for project accounts.
Project Support
- Prepare project-related reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, and office teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely submission of compliance documents to municipal and government bodies.
Education & Experience
- Graduate degree in Commerce, MBA, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in engineering, electrical, or infrastructure companies.
- Exposure to HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in vendor coordination and project documentation.
Work Location
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,226,088.41 per year
