Consultancy-Based Role | Startup / MSME / Government Projects
Are you experienced in LEAN Management, ZED Certification, and MSME Government Schemes?
We are hiring a Government Project Consultant to work on national-level improvement projects for MSMEs under the LEAN Scheme & Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) Certification Program.
Role Overview
As a Government Project Consultant, you will manage, guide, and support MSMEs in implementing LEAN practices, preparing documentation, coordinating with government bodies, and helping companies achieve ZED Certification.
This is a consultancy-based role ideal for professionals who understand process improvement, government schemes, and MSME operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide MSMEs in applying LEAN tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standardization, etc.)
- Assist organizations in completing ZED Certification documentation.
- Conduct on-site or virtual assessments and audits.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and compliance documents for government submissions.
- Coordinate with DPIIT / Ministry of MSME officials as required.
- Ensure timely project execution and deliverables.
- Support MSMEs in improving productivity, reducing waste, and meeting quality standards.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Graduate/PG in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Experience in LEAN Management / Six Sigma / Process Improvement (Preferred: Certified LEAN Expert).
- Experience in ZED Scheme / MSME Government Projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong documentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work with industries, manufacturing units, and MSMEs.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
