Hiring: Chat Support Executive (Sales)
Position: Chat Support Executive (Sales)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
Preferred: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through Kwikk Chat Software.
- Convert chat inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers via chat and phone calls.
- Explain product details, offers, and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain customer records and update chat status.
- Achieve daily chat response and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Training will be provided.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
