Roles & Responsibilties:
(i) Over all HR functions;
(ii) Guiding & supervising all HR Executives
(iii)Recruitments, both direct & contract employees
(iv) Compliance with all statutory requirements under all labour statutesand liaison with the said authorities
(v) Compliance under pollution control statutes & liaison with the said statutory authorities
(Vi) Identification of training programmes, Coordinating & arranging training for employees.
(Vii) Maintaining cordial industrial relations, discipline & harmonious working environment across all employees and factory department officials concerned.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
