Zenith Engineers is seeking an Agentic AI Workflow Lead to help redesign and automate core business processes using AI, automation platforms, and modern workflow tools.
You will work directly with leadership to identify repetitive workflows, build AI-powered agents, and deploy automation across proposal generation, cost estimation, project management, engineering calculations, document management, CRM, and operations.
Responsibilities :
Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agents.
Build automations using tools such as Make, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Airtable, Supabase, and related platforms.
Develop proposal generation and estimation workflows.
Create project management and reporting agents.
Integrate systems across Google Workspace, CRM, and internal tools.
Measure workflow efficiency and continuously improve processes.
Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies.
Requirements :
Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow design.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms.
Ability to independently build and ship solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, APIs, databases, or low-code tools is a plus.
Engineering, Computer Science, or related background preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
