- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing components within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support AEM development.
- Understanding of content management systems and digital asset management principles.
- Ability to work with RESTful services and integrate third-party APIs within AEM solutions.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools to maintain code quality and deployment efficiency.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
