Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and market research.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close property transactions.
- Maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and post-sale support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
