What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers across industries.
- Build targeted prospect databases aligned with Communication Crafts' service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client business objectives, marketing challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct consultative conversations and qualify prospects based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).
- Present Communication Crafts' capabilities, success stories, and tailored marketing solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals that address client challenges and business goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to successful closure.
- Ensure seamless client handover to the delivery team with comprehensive project briefs.
- Support client onboarding and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up schedules.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong professional email writing and confident cold-calling abilities.
- Expertise in web research, lead generation, and company profiling.
- Ability to understand client marketing challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
