Job description:
- Production & Workflow: Plan daily/weekly machining schedules, assign tasks, and ensure production targets are met
- Machine Operation & Setup: Supervise HMC machine operations, tool settings, fixture alignment, and program loading.
- Quality Control: Ensure components meet exact dimensional specifications and tolerances. Oversee in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to minimize rejections.
- Team Management: Lead the shift, manage manpower, and provide technical guidance or troubleshooting to operators.
- Maintenance & Safety: Coordinate with maintenance for preventive/breakdown HMC maintenance and ensure strict adherence to shop floor safety, 5S, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) standards.
- Reporting: Maintain production records, track machine downtime, and report deviations to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
