Industry: Collection / Recovery Process
Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi -110015
We are looking for a skilled and professional HR Executive to join our team. Candidates with prior experience in Collection Agencies / Recovery Processes will be preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in the same industry
- Strong recruitment & hiring skills
- Excellent communication & coordination abilities
- Good knowledge of staff handling and onboarding
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Good command over MS Excel, Word & Emails
Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Interview coordination & candidate screening
- Joining & onboarding formalities
- Attendance and basic HR operations
- Coordination with management and staff
** Freshers are not eligible
** Experience in Collection/Recovery industry is mandatory
