Role Overview: Seeking a highly responsible, professional, and trustworthy individual to serve as a Driver and Personal Assistant. This role requires an experienced driver who is excellent behind the wheel and capable of handling daily administrative errands with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving & Navigation: Safely drive and manage a premium 7-seater vehicle (Kia Carens) for daily city commutes, extended highway trips, and out-of-state travel.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle impeccably clean (inside and out) and proactively monitor fuel, tire pressure, and routine maintenance.
- Administrative Errands: Handle banking tasks, utility bill payments, and securely transport official documents between locations.
- Business Support: Assist with securely picking up and dropping off inventory, supplies, and materials as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- License & Experience: Must hold a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license that is at least 2 years old. Strict requirement for an experienced driver, particularly with larger vehicles (MPVs/SUVs).
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel outside of the town and state when required.
- Navigation Skills: Excellent familiarity with Bardhaman routes, as well as high confidence in highway driving and using Google Maps.
- Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable using smartphones and WhatsApp for communication and location sharing.
- Language: Clear communication in Bengali and Hindi; basic ability to read English for navigating addresses and handling documents.
- Character: Punctual, well-mannered, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
Working Hours & Compensation: * Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexibility required during travel days).
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
