§ Co-ordination with architect, structure and mep consultant for detail drawing
§ Do the changes in the drawing and share to the management
§ Preparation of Drawing as per the requirements and submit to the management
§ Preparation of the site wise Budget and approve with the management
§ Autocad, Budgeting, Estimation, Billing, Tendering, plan passing work
§ Upload the documents to the tender side
§ Preparation of the documents for Rera Return
§ Calculation of BBS and Survey for Quantity
§ Responsible for all the formalities for tender filing
§ Maintain the record of Passing plan in store
§ Prepare the work order/Tender for the contractors
§ Analysis of actual working drawing VS submission drawing to AUDA.
§ Providing Drawing “Good for Construction" to Site Engineer.
§ Drawing to be check for 12 different designs at different stage by architecture (like Basement, lineout plan, floor plan, section, elevation).
§ Drawing to be check for 5 different designs at different stage by structure engineer (like foundation, beam, tiebim layout, basement slab).
§ Preparation of the documents (Hardcopy-Softcopy) as per the requirement of the Superior.
§ Undertake any other task assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
