Supplier Coordination
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to suppliers for construction materials,
equipment, and services.
- Support in maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
Cost Awareness
- Assist senior team members in obtaining quotations and comparing prices.
- Learn negotiation basics to secure competitive pricing.
Inventory Support
- Help monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with stores/warehouse for material requirements.
Quality Check Assistance
- Support in verifying that purchased materials meet quality standards.
- Report any quality concerns to the senior purchase team.
Procurement Process
- Assist in raising purchase orders as per project needs.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier details.
- Assist in preparing basic procurement reports.
Market Learning
- Stay informed about market prices and availability of key materials.
- Learn about industry trends and supplier capabilities.
Compliance Support
- Follow company procurement procedures and policies.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with senior purchase executives, project managers, and the accounts
team.
Job Specifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Experience: 0–1 year (internship or project experience in real estate/construction will
be an advantage).
o Basic understanding of procurement concepts (training will be provided).
o Good communication and coordination skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
o Eagerness to learn and grow in the procurement function.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
