The Administrative Assistant provides standard and advanced administrative support in a service center environment, under the supervision of the Administrative Business Center supervisor. The Administrative Assistant provides support to Partners, Principals, Managing Directors (PPMD), Senior Managers and Managers. Position requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of clients’ function and industry
In addition to providing direct administrative support, the Administrative Assistant may also coordinate work of others through monitoring an assignment queue, distributing work and/or performing quality checks.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible and dependent for effective teamwork and communication. This specialist is responsible for fostering a positive, collaborative work environment and effectively leveraging resources without compromising quality. This position requires advanced Microsoft Office skills as well as advanced skills in other Deloitte applications (i.e., electronic invoicing, time & expense, Swift, SAP).
Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Corporate Services on the Administrative Business Center team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers in a service center environment
- Prepare, edit, and format memos, letters, emails, presentations, and other deliverables in alignment with Deloitte brand standards
- Manage workflow activities, document project history, and coordinate assignments to support quality and deadline adherence
- Support operational processes including time and expense activities, request for payment processing, invoicing, and project administration
- Build working relationships with stakeholders across teams, conduct research, and coordinate virtually with national and local teams

Enabling Areas (EA) at the U.S. India offices are the support arm of the organization and comprise several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance, Communications, Business Servcies, etc. EA gives every client service business unit access to the best and brightest resources when it comes to support services. More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM; 2 PM to 11 PM; 6 PM to 3 AM; 9 PM to 6 AM (Rotational shifts)
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in a large corporate environment
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for document formatting and spreadsheet support
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation support
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in an administrative or service center environment
- Experience with workflow, payment, invoicing, or project administration activities
- Experience using enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Swift, SAP, or time and expense systems
Preferred:
- Experience in a shared services or centralized support environment
- Experience supporting professional services or corporate operations teams
- Experience administering SharePoint sites
- Experience conducting internet and intranet research for business support needs
