Route Academy is looking for a passionate and industry-experienced Accounting Faculty to train students with practical accounting knowledge and industry-standard software. If you have expertise in accounting, taxation, and ERP software, we would love to hear from you.
Position
Accounting Faculty (Full-Time)
Location
Route Academy, Hilite Business Park, Kozhikode, Kerala
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or industry experience in Accounting, Finance, or ERP software.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and industry-oriented accounting training.
- Train students on accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Provide hands-on training using accounting and ERP software.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
- Prepare students for industry requirements and job placements.
- Mentor students and provide career guidance.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of:
- ✔ Tally Prime
- ✔ Zoho Books
- ✔ SAP (FI/CO preferred)
- ✔ QuickBooks (QB)
- ✔ Sage 50 / Sage Accounting
- ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel
- ✔ GST Filing & Compliance
- ✔ TDS & Income Tax Basics
- ✔ Payroll Processing
- ✔ Financial Statements Preparation
- ✔ Bank Reconciliation
- ✔ Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- ✔ Inventory Accounting
- ✔ MIS Reporting
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent classroom management abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts.
- Experience in corporate accounting or training is an added advantage.
- Passion for mentoring and student development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
