Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with 2 plus years of experience to deliver task-based training programs in a remote environment. The candidate will be responsible for conducting virtual training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating learner performance, and ensuring employees are equipped to perform assigned tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Train employees on processes, workflows, tools, and task execution.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business requirements.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Process Trainer, or Learning & Development professional.
- Experience delivering virtual training programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create engaging training content and learning resources.
