Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and convert leads into enrollments. This is a target-based, inside sales role involving student interaction, counselling, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career options
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and student inquiries
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student data and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Provide end-to-end support during the admission process
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and target-based role
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Experience in education sales / counselling / inside sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
