Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
