Quality Assurance for a premium fine dine restaurant in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, SOP compliance, guest satisfaction, and regulatory adherence across restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits for kitchen, service, and storage areas
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer experience standards
- Implement SOPs, quality checks, and staff training programs
- Handle vendor quality evaluation and inventory hygiene practices
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation related to audits and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Food Technology, or related field
- 1–5 years of QA/QC experience in fine dine restaurants or F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- Good leadership, audit, and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
