Job Summary
Quality Education is looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Management Head to lead and manage the complete academic operations of competitive examination programs conducted by various recruiting bodies such as RPSC, RSSB, UPSC, SSC, Railway, Banking and other Government Examination Authorities. The role requires strong academic leadership, faculty management expertise, curriculum planning abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent student learning outcomes across online and offline platforms.
The Academic Management Head will be responsible for academic planning, content quality, faculty development, student performance improvement, and continuous enhancement of academic processes to maintain Quality Education's position as a leading competitive exam coaching institute.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement academic strategies for competitive examination programs conducted by various recruiting bodies such as RPSC, RSSB, UPSC, SSC, Railway, Banking and other Government Examination Authorities.
* Plan course structures, batch schedules, academic calendars, and yearly academic roadmaps.
* Ensure academic programs remain aligned with the latest exam patterns, syllabus updates, and recruitment trends.
* Identify new academic opportunities and launch relevant courses based on market demand.
2. Curriculum & Content Development
* Design, review, and approve course curriculum, study material, question banks, and test series.
* Ensure high-quality content delivery across online and classroom programs.
* Continuously update study material based on exam analysis, previous year papers, and changing trends.
* Supervise content writers and subject matter experts to maintain academic excellence.
3. Faculty Management & Development
* Recruit, train, mentor, and manage faculty members across various subjects.
* Monitor faculty performance and ensure effective teaching standards.
* Conduct regular academic review meetings and teaching audits.
* Develop faculty training programs to improve classroom delivery and student engagement.
* Build and retain a high-performing academic team.
4. Student Performance Management
* Monitor student performance, results, and learning outcomes.
* Implement strategies to improve student success rates and selection ratios.
* Oversee mock tests, assessments, rank analysis, and performance tracking systems.
* Review student feedback and implement corrective academic measures.
5. Online Learning Management
* Supervise live online classes, recorded lectures, and LMS-based course delivery.
* Ensure smooth academic operations across digital learning platforms.
* Monitor content quality and student engagement for online courses.
6. Academic Quality Control
* Maintain high academic standards across all programs.
* Conduct regular audits of classes, study material, test papers, and academic processes.
* Ensure consistency and quality in teaching methodology and content delivery.
* Establish SOPs for academic operations and quality assurance.
7. Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with the Director and departments including Marketing, Operations, IT, Admissions, and Student Support.
* Coordinate academic requirements for promotional campaigns, webinars, and seminars.
* Provide regular academic reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to management.
8. Resource & Budget Planning
* Assist management in academic budgeting and resource allocation.
* Optimize faculty utilization, content development costs, and academic resources.
* Ensure effective academic planning within organizational budgets.
Required Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Education, Public Administration, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum 7–12 years of experience in coaching institutes or the education sector.
* Prior experience in competitive exam coaching (RAS, IAS, UPSC, State PSC or similar examinations) is highly preferred.
* Experience in managing large academic teams and academic operations.
Additional Preferred Qualification
* Candidates from Hindi-medium academic backgrounds who have appeared in RAS / IAS Interview Stages will be given preference.
* Strong understanding of Rajasthan and Central Government competitive examination systems.
