Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Residential Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building sales in residential properties, creating strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent service throughout the deal process.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor for real estate needs, understand customer requirements, and provide the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential buyers and understand their needs
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available properties
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and latest developments in real estate
- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Negotiate offers and support smooth closure of sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure smooth process flow
- Prepare and manage necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
