Job Summary
Responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance, payroll support and employee engagement activities for office and factory workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data
- Support HR policies and compliance documentation
- Manage employee engagement and communication activities
- Track probation and confirmation process
- Handle exit formalities and Full & Final documentation
- Maintain HR reports and trackers
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
