Purpose of the Position: We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable Canvas Apps, developing complex Power Automate solutions, designing Dataverse-based applications, and creating custom components.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders across multiple geographies, can independently analyse business requirements, propose technical solutions, and proactively recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of taking ownership of solutions from design through deployment and support.
Technical Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power BI integration.

Strong experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint as databases, including data modelling, tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data governance.

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Forms, SQL Server, Microsoft 365 services, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, and external systems.

Strong knowledge of Power Fx, REST APIs, SPFx, Power Platform security, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0 authentication, and the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Solutions, Environment Variables, Connection References, Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps/Git, and deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Good understanding of Power Platform governance, licensing, solution management, and application performance optimisation.

Experience troubleshooting production issues, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and optimising application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Ability to produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation to ensure solution maintainability.

Must hold Microsoft PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) certifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Canvas Apps and complex Power Automate workflows.

Develop reusable components using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) where required.

Take ownership of solutions from design through development, testing, deployment, and production support

Perform testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot production issues, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Optimise application performance, maintain code quality, and ensure adherence to Power Platform governance and best practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support artifacts while ensuring solution scalability, maintainability, and compliance with organizational standards.
