The Mission:
We are looking for a powerhouse HVAC Project Manager to lead our high-value commercial and industrial installations. You won't just be managing sites; you will be responsible for the "Gold Standard" of execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with zero safety compromises.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple HVAC projects (Ventilation, VRV, Chillers, AHUs).
- Lead and mentor a team of site engineers and contractors.
- Manage P&L, budget tracking, and vendor negotiations.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for architects, MEP consultants, and clients.
What You Bring:
- 7–12 years of core experience in HVAC Project Management.
- Proven track record of handling projects worth ₹5Cr+.
- Deep understanding of high-side and low-side HVAC works.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure site environments.
