Job Summary – Tele caller
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve assigned targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
