Job Description:
We are hiring a CCTV & Biometric Technician who can handle installation, maintenance, and service support for CCTV and biometric systems. The candidate should be able to attend client complaints and manage both hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems
- Installation and configuration of biometric devices (fingerprint/face)
- Attend and resolve client complaints/service calls
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Handle biometric software, user data
- Provide on-site and remote support
- Ensure proper system connectivity and networking
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients
- Fire Alarm Systems:
- Installation of fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, hooters, and modules
- Cable laying and system wiring as per standards
- Testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems
- Routine maintenance and fault finding
- Attend emergency breakdown calls
- Requirements:
- Knowledge of CCTV, Biometric, and Fire Alarm systems
- Basic understanding of electrical and networking (IP, LAN)
- Ability to handle field work and travel to client sites
- Problem-solving skills and responsibility
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
