Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships.
- Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and customer outreach.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science (recent graduate or final-year student).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and CRM tools.
