Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Jr. Cytogenetic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and a background in cytogenetics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cytogenetic laboratory procedures under the supervision of senior technologists
- Prepare and analyze patient samples for chromosomal abnormalities
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
- Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols
Requirements:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
- Knowledge of cytogenetics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
