Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Execution: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, and electrical control systems to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, replacing parts, and repairing equipment.
- System Monitoring: Monitor plant equipment performance and maintain plant utilities.
- Operational Support: Assist senior technicians with the setup, calibration, and testing of water treatment equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work complies with environmental safety regulations and company protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain maintenance records and ISO documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, chemical, environmental or related engineering field.
- Experience: Previous exposure to plant utilities or water systems is advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with pumps and basic tools.
