Gourika India Limited invites applications from experienced professionals with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the manufacturing of Synchronised Lift Jacks used for Wagons, Coaches, and Locomotives.
Position: Senior Engineer / Production Specialist – Synchronised Lift Jacks
Location: [West Bengal)
Employment Type: Full-time
Required Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of synchronised (synchronous) lifting jacks.
Experience working with equipment used in Railway workshops, rolling stock maintenance, or heavy engineering industries.
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, electrical/electronic control systems and synchronization technology.
Familiarity with relevant RDSO specifications, quality assurance standards, and safety protocols.
Ability to lead production activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely project delivery.
Eligibility:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–10 years experience in manufacturing or maintenance of railway lifting equipment or similar heavy-duty systems.
