✅ Prepare draft Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with NRM2, CESMM4, SMM7, POMI, and other international measurement standards.
✅ Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for international construction projects.
✅ Estimate, budget, and monitor construction project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate quantity measurements and cost control.
✅ Utilize digital measurement and take-off tools for efficient project execution.
✅ Maintain compliance with international quantity surveying standards and client requirements.
Required Skills:
✔ Experience with International Rules of Measurement (SMM7, NRM, POMI, CESMM)
✔ Hands-on experience with CostX, AutoCAD, or Mudshark
✔ Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and pre-construction estimation
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
