- Diagnostics: Identify mechanical and electrical malfunctions using computerized diagnostic tools and scanners.
- Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance tasks, including fluid changes, tire rotations, and battery inspections.
- Repairs: Dismantle, repair, or replace broken or worn-out parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, steering, and braking systems).
- Testing: Perform test drives and system checks to verify that repairs resolve the issue safely and meet manufacturer standards.
- Communication & Documentation: Clearly document all services and part usage, and communicate repair needs or cost estimates to service advisors or vehicle owners.
- Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment, safely dispose of hazardous waste, and follow strict health and safety protocols
