Job Description – Admin Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The candidate should be comfortable handling reception responsibilities as well as visiting outside for office-related work when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office operations
- Manage front desk and reception activities professionally
- Attend visitors, calls, and courier management
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
- Manage office assets, stationery, pantry, and housekeeping requirements
- Visit banks, vendors, or other locations for official work as required
- Maintain records, invoices, bills, and office documentation
- Support HR and Operations teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Maintain MIS reports and administrative trackers
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle both desk and field work efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of Admin/Front Desk experience preferred
- Candidate should be comfortable with outdoor office work and travel within the city
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
As per company standards and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
