At Melfra Design, we're growing our Visual Merchandising vertical… and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can do more than just design. Someone who can bring window displays to life from concept all the way through design.
What You'll Do
- Design compelling window displays, in-store installations, and VM concepts using CorelDRAW/illustrator and similar tools
- Develop mood boards, layout plans, and presentation decks for client approvals
- Coordinate with vendors for props, materials, and production
- Liaise with the on-ground execution team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in designing, visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field
- Strong design skills with proficiency in CorelDRAW/illustrator or similar tools
- Experience coordinating with vendors or production teams is a strong plus
- A good eye for aesthetics, space, and retail storytelling
